Our elderly Lafi had incontinence in his last year, they dealt with the extra work with compassion and efficiency. “The team at Paw Pals DXB are the absolute best when it comes to looking after your pets! When we travelled home for the summer, one of our fur babies unfortunately passed away (through no fault of Paw Pals!) and the team handled it with such grace and dignity and gave our fur baby so much love in his last few days, they also kept us updated every step of the way. The daily updates with photos are the best and Becca has a very quick response time to any questions or bookings! We simply would not trust any other company with our fur babies they way we do Paw Pals. You can tell that Kate and the team have a real love of animals, and we love Paw Pals DXB”

I couldn’t have done it without Kate and her team as the paperwork in Dubai alone would have driven me crazy. “When we saw the Paw Pals dog walk video on Dogs in Dubai we were in awe of how all the dogs walked beautifully next to each other. At the time the video was posted there were 5 dogs who were leash grumpy. We couldn’t make out the difference between who were and who were not. I got in touch with Pawpals and they invited us first to observe the walk as we were not sure of how Bounce our cocker spaniel who is leash reactive would behave. They guided us with what to do during the next group walk when we would bring Bounce along.
Every week we can see Bounce is getting better on his walks. He can’t wait for his Saturday morning group walks and wants to bounce out our front door! Thank you so much Paw Pals for helping us with our little terror 😊“

“I don’t know what we would have done without paw pals. We called them to help us prepare for our new puppy’s arrival and they literally taught us everything from scratch: from what to do when the puppy first walks through our door, to how to house train, toilet train, what to feed, how to manage our lives and our children around the puppy! We would be lost and clueless if it weren’t for them. We took training lessons from them and now we see them regularly for group training. They are always on WhatsApp, always happy to answer our (often silly) questions, help us when we’re stuck and guide us when we’re lost. When our little pup got attacked, they were the first people I called late at night and they were so helpful! I cannot recommend themenough!“
